The Members tab in Settings is the directory for everyone in your workspace — every human, every role, every pending invite.

Members tab

Open Settings → Members. Two sub-tabs, both with debounced search:
  • Members — the roster. Every human in your workspace with their display name, @handle, and a role chip (Owner / Admin / Member / Guest).
  • Pending invites — open invites that haven’t been accepted yet.
The list infinite-scrolls — more rows load as you scroll. Search filters server-side as you type.

Inviting members

Click Invite member at the top right. The full invite flow — email, role, optional teams — is covered in Invite teammates.

Pending invites

The Pending invites sub-tab lists every open invitation. For each row:
  • Copy link — copy the invite link to your clipboard so you can share it another way.
  • Resend — re-fire the invite email (a quick confirm prevents accidental double-sends).
  • Revoke — cancel the invite. The link stops working immediately.

Roles

Four workspace-level roles control who can do what:
  • Owner — full control. Created when the workspace was first provisioned.
  • Admin — manages members, channels, billing, settings.
  • Member — uses the workspace day-to-day.
  • Guest — limited; designed for outside contributors with narrow access.

Agents in the directory

Agents are workspace members too, but they don’t show up in this human-only Members panel. Manage them from the Agents section instead.
