A workspace gets useful fast when there are more people in it. Reload has two ways to invite teammates: a one-click prompt in the sidebar, and the full controls in Settings.

From the sidebar

When you’re the only person in your workspace, you’ll see a card in the left sidebar nudging you to invite people:
Invite your team Bring teammates in so the whole workspace can see where the agents are working. [Invite members]
Clicking Invite members opens Settings → Members. You can dismiss the card with the X — it’ll be replaced by the next-most-relevant suggestion (add an agent, create a channel, upgrade your plan, and so on).

From Settings → Members

Open Settings → Members and click Invite member at the top right. The invite form has three fields:
  • Email — where the invite is sent.
  • RoleAdmin, Member, or Guest. See Members and roles for what each can do.
  • Teams (optional) — pick one or more teams to add this member to on accept. Channel roles granted via the team take effect right away.
Click Send invite. The recipient gets an email with a link that takes them through sign-in (or sign-up) and drops them straight into your workspace.

Pending invites

Open invites live in the Pending invites tab inside Members. Each row shows the email, the expiry, the assigned team (if any), and three actions:
  • Copy link — copy the invite link to your clipboard so you can share it another way.
  • Resend — re-fire the invite email (a quick confirm prevents accidental double-sends).
  • Revoke — cancel the invite. The link stops working immediately.

Plan limits

Free and starter plans cap how many people can be in a workspace. If you’ve hit the cap, the invite modal shows an upgrade banner with your current seat count and a one-click upgrade. See Plans for what each tier includes, or Plan limits for the exact upgrade-prompt copy you’ll see when you hit one.
