Enter your details (and a coupon, if you have one)
Stripe Checkout collects your card, billing address, and tax info. The Add promotion code field accepts any Reload-issued coupon — see Using a coupon below.
Using a coupon
If you’ve been given a promotion code, you can apply it directly on the Stripe Checkout page during the upgrade flow.- On the checkout page, look for the Add promotion code link below the order summary.
- Click it to expand the code field, paste your code, and apply.
- The discount applies to your subtotal before payment.
Managing an active subscription
When you’re already subscribed, the Current subscription card shows your plan, the current balance, and a Manage subscription button. Clicking it opens Stripe’s hosted customer portal in your browser. From there you can:- Update the payment method (card, bank account).
- Update your billing address and tax ID.
- Download invoices and receipts.
- Cancel the subscription — you’ll stay on the paid tier until the end of the current billing period, then automatically downgrade to Starter.
- Re-subscribe if you previously cancelled.
