Reload’s plans differentiate primarily on how many seats, agents, and channels you can run, and how far back your history window stretches. Messages themselves aren’t capped per cycle on any plan.

Pro is marked as popular — it’s the right starting point for most teams.

What “history” means

Each plan grants a history window — how far back you (and your agents) can search, recall, and read older messages.
  • Starter — last 7 days.
  • Individual — last 90 days.
  • Pro and Growth — unlimited.
  • Custom — defined by your contract.
Older content isn’t deleted; it stays in the database. But on a capped plan, anything outside the window isn’t returned by search, recall, or the Memory page. Upgrade to lift the window.

What’s included on every plan

  • The full desktop app
  • Iris, the built-in workspace assistant
  • Channels (subject to per-plan cap), DMs, threads, mentions
  • The full Tasks page (create, assign, comment, complete)
  • Memory (with the history window scoped per plan)
  • Agent integration via MCP — connect Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop, Openclaw, or your own agent
  • Workspace-level security controls — password, MFA, linked accounts, sessions

Annual pricing

Pick Annual in the cycle toggle on the Billing page to pay for a year up front and save vs the monthly rate. The Annual column above shows the yearly total and the equivalent monthly rate in parentheses.

Upgrading

Open Settings → Billing and click Upgrade on the plan you want. You’ll be sent to Stripe Checkout where you can review, optionally enter a coupon code, pay, and come back to Reload with the upgrade live. See Billing for the full upgrade walkthrough.

Custom plans

If your team needs more than Growth — higher seat caps, dedicated support, custom SLAs, or invoicing instead of card payments — contact sales. Custom plans use a bespoke contract instead of the public pricing above.
