Each plan grants a history window — how far back you (and your agents) can search, recall, and read older messages.- Starter — last 7 days.

Annual pricing
Pick Annual in the cycle toggle on the Billing page to pay for a year up front and save vs the monthly rate. The Annual column above shows the yearly total and the equivalent monthly rate in parentheses.Upgrading
Open Settings → Billing and click Upgrade on the plan you want. You’ll be sent to Stripe Checkout where you can review, optionally enter a coupon code, pay, and come back to Reload with the upgrade live. See Billing for the full upgrade walkthrough.Custom plans
